- What does the price include?
- The price includes the allotted weight, seven (7) days rental, one (1) delivery, one (1) pick up, and one (1) disposal at an approved and licensed disposal facility. Prices are subject to change.
- What other chargers may occur?
- Dumpster top offs/manipulations = $100.00 (do not load over rail of dumpster). Cancellations made on the same day of delivery = $100.00. All trip charges without the dumpster dropped off for usage or removed for disposal including the change of location after original drop = $100.00. Dumpster kept pass (7) days = $5.00 per day per dumpster. Dumpster loaded with more than 8 tons/16,000 pounds of any type of waste, trash, debris, or material = Necessary disposal fees.
- What items are permitted in the mini roll off dumpster?
- Only solid waste, trash, and debris items are permitted into the mini roll of dumpster. Materials must be level at the top and cannot be loaded above the rail. Dumpster top offs/manipulations = $100.00.
- What materials are NOT permitted in the mini roll off dumpster?
- Hazardous/Medical/Industrial Waste, Stumps, Propane Tanks, Appliances with Freon, Asbestos, Liquid Waste, Radioactive Material, Solvents/Chemicals Waste, Motor/Transmission/Hydraulic Oil, and Railroad Ties
- How large of a space do I need for delivery of the mini roll off dumpster?
- Please refer to the dumpster dimensions listed on the services page. It is recommended to provide space to accommodate double the amount of the width and height of the container to assure adequate height and space clearance.
- How many tons can I put in the mini roll off dumpster?
- 6 yard mini roll off dumpster = 1 ton, 10 yard mini roll off dumpster = 2 ton, 15 yard mini roll off dumpster = 3 ton, and 20 yard mini roll off dumpster = 4 ton. All mini roll off dumpster overages will be rounded up to the nearest 1/4 of a ton and billed at $70.00 per ton. Under no conditions should a mini roll off dumpster be loaded above the rail.
- Will I be billed for extra weight?
- Yes, if your tonnage weight exceeds the allotted tonnage quoted for your specific mini roll off dumpster, the overages will be rounded up to the nearest 1/4 of a ton and billed at $70.00 per ton.
- How far in advance do I need to order a mini roll off dumpster?
- All mini roll off dumpsters require 24 - 48 hours notice for delivery and pick up. There is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a mini roll off dumpster is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.
- What if I need to change or cancel my mini roll off dumpster rental order?
- All cancellations or order modifications must occur a minimum of one (1) full business day in advance of the original drop off date to allow for processing. If cancellations are not made within one (1) full business day or cancelled on drop off day, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- What if I need to change the date I need the mini roll off dumpster?
- All mini roll off dumpster order modifications/changes must occur a minimum of one (1) full business day in advance of the original drop off date to allow for processing.
- What if the location where I need the mini roll off dumpster changes?
- All mini roll off dumpster order modifications/changes must occur a minimum of one (1) full business day in advance of the original drop off date to allow for processing. In some cases, prices may change.
- What if I fill up the mini roll off dumpster before I am done with my project?
- You may order additional dumpsters. The additional dumpsters will be charged equally the same price as the first.
- What if I need to keep the mini roll off dumpster longer/have it removed sooner?
- After seven (7) days on site, a rate of $5.00 will be charged per day per dumpster. All mini roll off dumpsters require 24 - 48 hours notice for delivery and pick up.
- What if the driver cannot drop off or pick up the mini roll off dumpster or I am not ready for the mini roll off dumpster to be dropped or removed?
- All mini roll off dumpster order modifications/changes must occur a minimum of one (1) full business day in advance of the original drop off date to allow for processing. All trip charges without the dumpster dropped off for usage or removed for disposal including the change of location after original drop = $100.00. After seven (7) days on site, a rate of $5.00 will be charged per day per dumpster.
- Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove the mini roll off dumpster?
- It is preferred, but not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the mini roll off dumpster. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions. The driver will use their best judgment and place the mini roll off dumpster in the safest accessible area when delivering. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with the relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal please provide unobstructed access to the mini roll off dumpster equipment on the scheduled pick-up day. If the mini roll off dumpster is inaccessible and the driver is unable to remove, an additional trip fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- Can I put the mini roll off dumpster on the street?
- Please check your local state laws. In most states and cities, permits are often required.
- What are my payment options?

- Is emergency mini roll off dumpster delivery available?
- Emergency services are based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply.
- Is service available 24 hours?
- Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 – 12:00 pm. Online access to Harding’s Mini Roll Offs is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
